Director

As a qualified Mining Engineer, Sergey is also a well experienced farmer especially dealing in Coffee, Cocoa and vanilla.

Artur Makarov

Head of Operations

Artur Makarov is a graduate of Human Resource management from Moscow Russia and has been in the coffee farming for a period of almost 6years. And since taking over as head of operations at Rafiiki Agriculture Society there has been a tremendous change in activities at the company.

Samuel N

Farm Manager

Mr. Samuel is a qualified agronomist from Rwanda with a vast experience in crop science and management, with his knowledge in crop science he has been very instrumental in making the quality of coffee produced is high standard.

Sergey Kulkov

Finance Officer

Mr. Kulkov is a graduate of finance from moscow high school of economics and through his vast experience in finance matters there has been in and out flow of finances at Rafiiki agriculture society.
